The advantage of the new product: Being an Internet-based solution, users can carry out professional business process management without software installation and investment risk. Selected processes can be edited collaboratively and discussed with customers and suppliers. In addition, more employees within the same company can get involved in process design and improvement ideas can be factored in more easily.
Insurance companies and technology firms are among the first customers of Signavio. They want to calculate their demand for personnel and they want to generally keep an eye on their process landscape. The Signavio Process Editor enables a standardized representation of business processes and the simulation of process behavior.
In the context of this year’s “Process Solutions Day” on 19 May in Frankfurt, Germany, the Signavio Process Editor is launched as Europe’s first “Modeling as a Service”-offering. People interested in the tool can use a free 30-day-trial version to test the functionality.
