Lennar Offers Reduced Pricing On New Homes At Shenandoah II In El Dorado Hills

May 18, 2009 - PRLog -- SACRAMENTO, CA — Lennar is listening to homebuyers’ concerns and giving them one of their top requests—reduced pricing. Beginning this weekend, Lennar is offering reduced pricing on a new phase of solar energy-efficient homes at the Shenandoah II community in El Dorado Hills. With only a select few homes available at these special prices, homebuyers are encouraged to act quickly.  

Located in the 990-acre master planned community of Blackstone, Lennar’s Shenandoah homes will enjoy the picturesque landscaping, easy access to retail shops and entertainment venues, and the convenient location along the Highway 50 corridor.

Ranging from 2,128 to 3,491 square feet and pricing beginning in the mid $400,000’s, Lennar’s Shenandoah II homes is releasing three new homes for sale this weekend.

Homesite 221 is a 2,128-square-foot single-story Syrah plan which features three bedrooms, two and one-half baths, in addition to a den and a two-bay garage with a shop space. The home follows a colonial bungalow design and is priced at $436,950.  

At 2,768 square feet, the Merlot plan at homesite 220 has four bedrooms, two and one-half baths, a three-bay garage, and a downstairs den. The Tuscan-style home also features a large kitchen and breakfast nook that open to the great room. The home is priced at $459,950.

The grand 3,491-square-foot Cabernet plan at homesite 225 has five bedrooms, four baths, a bonus room and a three-bay tandem garage. The Italiante-style home is priced at $499,950.  

All Shenandoah II homes are further enhanced by Lennar’s Solarplus program, which combines solar electric systems with high energy efficient products and materials.
“With these new reduced prices and with the Solarplus program, we are offering homebuyers our very best value to date,” said Laura Stickelman, Sales Manager for Lennar Sacramento. “In conjunction with the government tax credits and some of the lowest interest rates in Lennar’s history, these reduced prices give homebuyers everything they need to make their move.”

California residents can apply for a state tax credit of up to $10,000 on a brand new home, which is being offered to all homebuyers who will own the property for at least two years and requires no reimbursement.  Qualified first-time home buyers, who have not owned a home in the past 3 years and who intend to live in the new home as their primary residence for a minimum of three years, can benefit from a federal tax credit of up to $8,000 on home purchases without ever having to repay. Certain eligibility requirements apply with regard to both credits and buyers are encouraged to consult with their tax advisor, as this is not tax advice.

In addition, Universal American Mortgage Company of California, Lennar’s preferred lender, introduced in April the company’s lowest fixed interest rate in history, offering homebuyers the most savings possible.
