City of Surrey Personal Trainer, Rick Kaselj,  Headlines Fitness Education Event in Saskatchewan

Surrey, BC – Thursday, April 30, 2009 – City of Surrey personal trainer, Rick Kaselj, will be headlining a fitness education event in Regina, Saskatchewan on May 2 and 3.  Rick Kaselj will be presenting to the members of the Saskatchewan Kinesiology and Exercise Science Association (SKESA) at their Annual Education Day & AGM which will be taking place at the University of Regina.  The SKESA is the provincial chapter for the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologist (CSEP).  Many of the SKESA members have been reading Rick’s blog, http://ExercisesForInjuries.com which is a resource of fitness professionals looking for information on exercises and injuries.  The SKESA members have asked Rick to come out and talk about how to effectively and quickly perform a postural assessment on your client and the best exercises to improve your client’s posture.  Rick will be presenting his popular fitness education course called, Postural Assessment & Exercise Prescription.  Initial expectations are over 50 attendees for this event.  See you there!
