Israeli high-tech company wins tender to fit British Royal Navy attack helicopters with reliability, safety analysis software tool
An Israeli high-tech company won a tender Wednesday to fit British Royal Navy attack helicopters with a system designed to prevent and identify technical malfunctions.
The British Ministry of Defense will pay FavoWeb an initial installment of 100,000 euro, but no further information was given about the full scope of the deal.
The purchase of FavoWeb's reliability and safety analysis software tools is part of a British Navy maintenance project. FavoWeb will work along leading British high-tech and aviation companies, including SELEX Sensors Airborne Systems, Agusta Westland and Thales Aerospace.
