Our client, a leading global provider of OSS solutions with a mission to empower communication service providers to achieve competitive advantage and deliver new service experiences to subscribers.
Our client, aiming to be one of the best employers had decided to extend a Flexible Compensation Plan for its employees.
Our client was in the process of implementing SAP (including HR module). They had also decided to outsource the payroll activities to a vendor.
SAP HR Module was not able to support them in this initiative and hence they chose MinVesta to develop the Flexible Compensation Plan system for them.
MinVesta has developed and implemented the Flexible Compensation Plan which also includes a Employee Self Service (ESS) where in employees can have access to their Pay Slips, Tax Computation Slips any time they need.
Due to the user friendliness of the application the client decided to extend the same and in order to streamline the process of new joinee data movement from SAP to Payroll Team, requested MinVesta for integration with the SAP HR module.
Now employee can login into self-service, get complete information relating to their pay, tax details and also submit their flexible salary details.
