Attentio ‘Brand Maps’ will be available from November via the Attentio Brand Dashboard™ which tracks daily web conversations in traditional and social media (blogs, forums and YouTube/DailyMotion) for the purposes of market insight.

The new feature plots tracked data, through multi-dimensional scaling methods, to provide a view of a brand’s conversational universe and help brand owners plan and measure marketing activity.

The feature is one of several to be introduced as part of a major product upgrade, the latest since v2.0 was released in 2007, and four years since the company first began developing market insight technology in 2004 at the advent of social media and the growing power of the consumer voice.

Attentio established themselves in market research as the only multi-lingual monitoring provider of social media analysis and currently tracks 25 European languages with plans to extend to global languages with the additions of Mandarin and Arabic in late 2008. Other key features* of v3.0 are:
