TriviaWorld.com Launched, Offers Free Multi-Player Trivia Games and Prizes

PR Log (Press Release) – Aug 04, 2008 – Today marks the launch of TriviaWorld.com, a website that lets users compete against each other in Trivia games for fun, pride and prizes.

TriviaWorld.com features two types of games. The Trivia Table, built for 2-10 players, puts the user in a game-show type situation where a user must answer a series of Trivia questions to survive. Once a user makes two mistakes, they are eliminated from The Trivia Table. The last user remaining is the winner.

The second game, Brain Ball, is a single player game, where a user must answer as many questions they can without getting a single one wrong. A score is given based on the amount of questions a user was able to answer and how quickly they answered them.

Both game games feature prizes to the top players. Every week, the user who scored highest on Brain Ball wins the weekly prize (currently an IPOD) and every month, the best Trivia Table user wins the monthly prize (a Wii gaming console).

TriviaWorld.com also features a world ranking, which ranks players according to their Trivia Table performance. The world ranking allows players to compete for the coveted title of "best Trivia player in the world" and in the future special tournaments are planned for top ranking players.
