Erlangen, 2008-07-21 – The concert agency BORODINO CONCERTS is bringing Kathy Kelly (formerly of the “Kelly Family”) back to Europe’s stages.
Starting this autumn on October 3rd, audiences will get a chance to see this artist live in a refined, high-class setting in a total of 15 shows, not only in Germany, but also in selected cities in Austria and the Czech Republic.
The new live set performed by the powerful mezzo-soprano, dancer, and all-out musician includes, apart from the heartfelt ballads and fiery songs from her three solo albums, many well-known and newly interpreted gospel tunes, spirituals, and traditionals.
On her European tour, the name of which alludes directly to her hit album “GODSPEL”, she will impressively perform a selection of songs accompanied only by herself on acoustic guitar and accordion. In addition, Kathy Kelly is accompanied by a renowned pianist.
Tickets will go on sale on Monday, July 21st, 2008.
