One of the co-founders of the global IT and R&D services company MindTree Consulting Ltd which recently became MindTree Ltd, Parthasarathy N S (Partha to his buddies) who has been the Executive Vice President took charge as Chief Operating Officer (COO) with effect from April 1, 2008.

As the COO of a Global Services Magazine’s 2008 Global Services 100 List company, Partha‘s challenges include acquiring the right talent, nurturing the existing talent, deployment of right technologies, etc and he is all geared up to face them with his rich experience which include being General Manager at Wipro and member of the core team which ported Unix Operating System to a RISC processor.

Partha for whom integrity is the essence of everything successful champions strengthening of industry – academia interactions like his alma mater BITS Pilani Rajasthan which is one among the top ranking universities in India today, where he was a student during 1978-1983 and obtained his MSc (Hons) Mathematics.
