I'm quickly learning that "Afro Sci-Fi" is a thing. I've always known that African-Americans contributed to the Science Fiction genre, but this is next level!
Mainstream SciFi is being enriched by the African-American Female point of view. It's not Urban or Black SciFi...it's just awesome Kick-ass, Futuristic Science Fiction created by a Black Woman with a story to tell.
