The heat is on as the 30th Anniversary Fiery Food Challenge—the longest-running and most prestigious blind-tasting competition in the spicy food industry—finalizes entries for 2026.

Hot sauce makers, BBQ masters, and flavor fans from across the Southwest will gather at the Will Rogers Memorial Center for three fiery days of tastings, contests, and culinary celebration.

It will be a flavorfully hot weekend in Texas as Spicy Food Productions returns to Ft Worth for ZestFest 2025, the ultimate party for bold and spicy food enthusiasts.

The Fiery Food Challenge honors the best spicy products in a blind tasting competition, with winners gaining industry recognition and marketing power through the prestigious Golden Chile Award. Entry deadline: April 11, 2025.
