Between 26th November 2012 and 2nd December 2012 Trust-Deed.co.uk ran a survey. 309 members and visitors took part. The survey aimed to measure reactions to a number of proposals for Bankruptcy Law Reform in Scotland that existed at the time.
A report published by Experian has shown that the Fife towns of Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy have the highest rates of insolvency in the UK. In Glenrothes, for every 10,000 people, 80 were made insolvent in 2010.
