Induction Preheating Press Releases

The demo induction heating application set up by UltraFlex confirmed that by replacing oven heating with induction heating, the customer could achieve high-quality, repeatable and reliable results.

The preheating process for each of the samples was successfully completed, with high energy- and cost-efficiency. Thanks to the lack of open flame, the preheating was a completely safe operation that did not require any specific environment.

The demo not only proved the possibility to heat all wire samples using induction, but also showed the time- and energy-efficiency of the process, which would allow to easily reach the predefined target productivity rates.
