As a University of California Davis Alumni, Steve Ly Turns Big Ideas into Real Solutions

The Elk Grove Aquatics Center finally opened on May 25, 2019. The $42 million project at Civic Center Drive features a 50-meter pool, six-lane fitness and instructional pool, a recreational pool, and two 30-foot water slides.
