3Descu launches its instant 3D printing quote in German, French and Dutch

What changes for buyers

• Their own language, end to end. The calculator opens in German, French or Dutch, each at its own address, and a visitor who opens the main address is sent to the language of their browser.
• A price in under a minute. Engineers upload an STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP file, choose FDM or SLA resin, the material and the quantity, and see the price and the delivery date straight away.
• A person behind every quote. A member of the 3Descu team reads every quote before anything is invoiced and replies the same business day. Nothing is charged when a price is shown or a quote is submitted.
• The offer stays in the buyer's language. The emailed offer, the offer PDF and the portal where the order is followed all use the language the quote was made in.

Germany places more orders than any other country, and the demand comes mainly from engineering teams in Western Europe that order functional parts, prototypes and short batches. Until now every step of the process was in English.
