Mia Health Expands Population Health Impact With New 35 Million Person Screening Initiative

The program is designed to digitally enable screening, risk stratification, referral, treatment initiation and longitudinal follow-up across 14 priority health conditions.

The Mia Health platform connects the entire journey from identifying risk through to referral, treatment and ongoing follow-up. This creates greater visibility into population health and enabling healthcare teams to act earlier and more effectively.

From Screening to Action

At the heart of the initiative is a shift from fragmented, manual processes toward an integrated, AI-enabled population health infrastructure.

The platform supports frontline healthcare workers with digital screening tools and AI-assisted risk profiling, while providing clinicians and health-system leaders with dashboards for patient-level records, risk stratification, referrals, follow-up and population-level analytics.

The proposed implementation will ultimately span more than 7,000 Sub-Health Centres and 2,300+ Primary Health Centres, alongside higher-level facilities across the state. The three-year implementation roadmap progresses from digital enablement and scale-up to population risk stratification, cohort management and measurable health outcomes.
