Creativ Digital Launches XrayDent AI to Help Dentists Turn Dental Radiographs Into Clinical Note

XrayDent AI converts a dental X-ray image into a structured draft clinical note in approximately 30 seconds. Dentists can review the AI-generated observations, amend or remove individual findings, add their own clinical insights and then copy the finalized note into their existing practice-management software. Clinics can also export a branded PDF report featuring the practice name and reviewing clinician's signature.

The app is designed to fit naturally into the dental operatory workflow. A clinician can capture a radiograph with a device camera or select it from the gallery, review a severity-ordered draft, validate the content against the original radiograph and produce documentation for the patient record.

The company also emphasizes the inherent limits of radiographic review. Dental radiographs can show hard tissues and density differences, but cannot independently determine symptoms such as pain, tooth vitality, periodontal pocket depths, mobility or soft-tissue condition.
