PRLog -- Pulse Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy is happy to announce that its three virtual discussion groups are back. Our trio of monthly meetings on different aspects of patient safety took a summer break, during which a new group discussed the ground-breaking medical drama The Pitt. But now they have resumed for the fall season.
- PPS (People for Patient Safety). Monday September 14, 7:00pm ET. Moderated discussion, recorded for the Pulse Academy. For healthcare professionals and patient advocates — supportive, engaging and educational.
- ACES (Advocates Collaborative Educational Series). Monday, September 28, 2026 — 7:00pm ET. For patient advocates (paid or unpaid). Adam Birkenstock, LCSW, Programming Director at LICADD, will talk about "Advocacy for Individuals with Addiction & Dependency Issues".
- PACC (Patient Activation through Community Conversations). Monday, October 5, 7:00pm ET. Candid, unrecorded discussions where people share their experiences so others can benefit.

All are online, and all free! And CEs for Board Certified Patient Advocates are free to Pulse members attending any of the three programs.
