iCare Capital and BCIB Establish Collaboration on AI-Driven Portfolio Management

LONDON - Sept. 10, 2026 - PRLog -- iCare Capital and Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank (BCIB) today announced a strategic collaboration framework to explore the integration of technology-driven portfolio management with international investment banking, structured finance and cross-border capital solutions.

The collaboration combines iCare Capital's portfolio-management technology with BCIB's institutional financial structuring capabilities to evaluate investment solutions for eligible private, corporate and institutional clients across selected international markets.

Combining AI With Institutional Finance

The parties will explore applications involving artificial intelligence, data analytics, algorithmic technologies, multi-asset investment strategies, structured finance, real-world assets and digital financial infrastructure.

Each programme will be evaluated separately and remain subject to due diligence, regulatory requirements and specific programme approval. No programme may launch, accept funds, operate trading accounts or use BCIB's institutional identity until applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Expanding International Investment Connectivity

The collaboration will evaluate how eligible clients and investors may access approved investment strategies and international financial solutions, subject to applicable approvals.

Future programmes involving investment participation, funding, trading, custody, settlement or digital assets will remain subject to applicable laws, regulatory review, client eligibility, KYC/KYB, AML/CFT controls, sanctions screening and appropriate contractual documentation.

No investment programme, capital allocation or financial service is being launched or offered through this announcement.

Building Future Investment Infrastructure

BCIB and iCare Capital intend to develop the institutional, technological, operational and compliance architecture required for approved initiatives across selected markets.
