VoiceQuest Agency Expands Nationally

DENVER - Sept. 8, 2026 - PRLog -- After two years of building relationships with professional speakers, event planners and organizations throughout Colorado, VoiceQuest Agency is expanding its reach nationally, with professional speakers already represented in Minnesota, North Carolina and California and plans to continue growing into additional markets.

But for founder Jasmine Rice, expansion isn't about building the largest roster possible.

It's about helping organizations make better speaker decisions.

"There is a chemistry between a speaker, an audience and a moment," Rice said. "Two speakers can talk about the exact same subject and create completely different experiences in the room. My job isn't simply to find someone who checks the right boxes. It's to understand who is going to connect with those particular people."

Instead of relying exclusively on polished demo reels and speaker proposals, attendees heard speakers live in several formats and had opportunities to interact with them throughout the afternoon.

Rice brings an unusual perspective to the speaker selection process because she has experienced the stage from nearly every side of it. "I know what it's like to be the person responsible for the entire event and know that the speaker you chose is about to walk onto that stage," Rice said. "I also know what it's like to be the speaker standing backstage waiting for your name to be called. Those are very different perspectives, and both matter when you're helping someone make this decision."

VoiceQuest represents professional speakers across topics including leadership, resilience, workplace culture, change, communication, performance, employee engagement, AI and technology. Its roster includes former professional athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, authors and experts whose work has taken them onto stages across the country.

As VoiceQuest grows beyond Colorado, Rice plans to maintain the relationship-driven approach the company was built around while developing stronger local speaker and buyer communities in additional markets.

That includes identifying professional speakers within regional markets, developing relationships with meeting professionals, associations and organizational leaders in those areas, and eventually bringing experiences such as VoiceQuest CONNECT into additional cities.

"We're not trying to become a giant catalog of speakers," Rice said. "I want VoiceQuest to be the place you call when you don't want to get the speaker decision wrong. You tell us about the room, the people in it, what you're trying to accomplish and what you're working with, and we help you figure out who belongs on that stage."
