Bavarian Inn Lodge Celebrates 40 Years of Creating Experiences with Anniversary Wine Dinner

FRANKENMUTH, Mich. - Sept. 2, 2026 - PRLog -- Bavarian Inn Lodge (https://www.bavarianinn.com/), one of Michigan's most cherished family destinations, is celebrating its 40^th anniversary this year, marking four decades of hospitality, innovation, and family memories. To commemorate, the Lodge is set to host a 40^th Anniversary Wine Dinner on September 25^th, 2026, beginning at 6 pm.

The evening will feature a five-course dinner created by the Bavarian Inn Lodge culinary team, each course with its own nod to Bavarian Inn Lodge's history, heritage, and branding. The first course will begin the evening with roasted Branzino served with a Riesling Kabinett. Next, guests will enjoy an arugula salad featuring goat cheese brûlée, fig, toasted pine nuts, crispy Schinken, and sourdough focaccia crostini alongside Bavarian Inn Spumante. The appetizer course. The third course is Peach and Feta Chicken Wonton, paired with Bavarian Inn Piesporter, before moving into the evening's signature entrée. For the main entrée of the evening, the Bavarian Inn Culinary Team will prepare a modern take on the Bavarian Inn's classic Sauerbraten, with a bourbon-braised short rib. As a special nod to its Bavarian heritage, Bavarian Inn Frankenmuth® Chicken will also be served family-style during the entrée course. The dessert course will close out the evening with Bavarian Inn Eiswein and Peach & Honey Wine, paired with Peach Spiced Brown Butter Upside Down Cake.
