OpSiteAI becomes HelmCore as retail operational intelligence platform enters its next phase

SLIGO, Ireland - Sept. 2, 2026 - PRLog -- The retail operational intelligence platform trading as OpSiteAI is now HelmCore. The name applies from today across the product, customer communications and the company's LinkedIn presence, with a new website at helmcore.ai due shortly.

HelmCore is built for multi-site retail operators. The platform correlates signals across POS, network, IoT and energy systems into a single view, identifies the root cause of an incident and puts a financial figure on it in real time, so IT, operations and finance teams work from the same picture and know which step to take next.

"We spent a decade working with some of Ireland's largest retailers before we built this platform," said Ross Palmer, CEO and Co-Founder of HelmCore. "The same pattern came up on every estate. HelmCore operates as the trading name of the software division of Fastcom AS Limited, based in Sligo, and serves multi-site retail estates across Ireland and the United Kingdom. Existing customer contracts, support arrangements and platform access continue as they are. Email addresses move to the helmcore.ai domain alongside the website launch.
