The Social Capital Revolution Comes to Phoenix!

PHOENIX - Sept. 14, 2026 - PRLog -- The Dave Alexander Center for Social Capital today announced the inaugural Summit for People-Centric Leadership, a one-day gathering on October 22, 2026 at Avant 121 in Phoenix that will convene 200–300 CEOs, CHROs, founders, and senior leaders from values-driven organizations across Arizona and the U.S., built around a single conviction: taking care of people is taking care of business.

A Collective Force for Change

The Summit will feature 12 trailblazing leaders from diverse industries, each demonstrating that prioritizing people is not at odds with business success — it is the foundation of it. Together, they represent a powerful movement toward reimagining capitalism with human dignity at its core.

Why It Matters Now

As American business grapples with disconnection, burnout, and eroding trust, the Summit brings together leaders who have already proven that prioritizing people is not at odds with business success — it is the foundation of it.

"Every speaker on this stage has already proven that people-first leadership and strong financial performance go hand in hand," says Benguhe. "We created this Summit to make that impossible to ignore."
