Verifysoft Technology GmbH offers a compact seminar on "Transition from ISO 26262 to ISO 13849." The online seminar is aimed at participants who are already familiar with ISO 26262 and want to gain a better understanding of the requirements of ISO 13849.

The seminar explains the key differences between the two standards. Topics include the different approaches to functional safety, the ASIL classification used in ISO 26262 and the Performance Level (PL) approach of ISO 13849, as well as relevant aspects of the development and safety assurance of safety-related systems.

The focus is on a practical comparison designed to help participants understand the transition from ISO 26262 to ISO 13849.

The seminar will take place online on October 20, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in German. An English-language session is scheduled for October 21, 2026. The seminar will be presented by Dipl.-Ing. Martin Heininger.
