PRLog -- ZEISS is one of the a well established name in the Indian retail market that is specifically known for its 175 year legacy in optics and innovation. In order to keep pace with changing market trends and evolving customer behavior, it was actually looking forward to strengthening its retail presence and how it interacted with interested or potential shoppers on the ground level. To turn its vision into a practical reality, ZEISS decided to partner with D'Art Private Limited, a retail transformation agency that is known for providing complete retail solutions, including design, execution, and expansion, from a single point.
The assigned team at D'Art started this project by conducting comprehensive store audits. They actually found various problems that were hampering Zeiss' overall identity, hygiene, and image, along with perception in a severe manner. Other problems included visual clutter, overloaded displays, and minimal retail branding.
The initiative was named Project Clarity and was conducted in three phases. In the first phase, D'Art redesigned the core display systems. Every unit was created in a very purposeful manner. Precise retail execution further ensured that customers were able to directly engage with the products. The second phase was all about improving visibility and recall. They enhanced the overall visual appeal of the store entrances that automatically created a strong brand presence. Phase 3 ensured visibility that went beyond seasonal and promotional campaigns.
Project Clarity was all about merging innovation excellence with strategic retail execution (

This respective project demonstrates that effective retail branding (
