The Man Who Saw It First: How Daryl Guberman Uncovered the Global Accreditation Anomaly Affecting U.S. and Worldwide Certified Industries40 Year Quality Expert And Boeing Shareholder DARYL GUBERMAN Explains How Decades Of Hands On Work And Integrity Led Me To Reveal The ANSI/ANAB–Boeing Underwriter FRAUD Business Owners Suspected For Years.
By: GUBERMAN-PMC,LLC I've been in quality for more than forty years, and I've lived it every day since 9/11, when I realized how fragile our national and international systems really were. Back then, I started noticing things most people didn't see — little cracks in the accreditation world, inconsistencies in how certificates were issued, and a growing pressure on business owners to "pay to play." People told me in 2012 because I was an alternative registrar and not accredited by ANSI-ANAB "Daryl, you're unaccredited," This wasn't a paperwork error. This was a worldwide fraud event. Every certificate issued under ANAB and its MRA & MLA equivalency chain from 2018 forward became compromised — aerospace, medical devices, materials, electronics, plastics, automotive, defense, laboratories, everything. Every audit, every corrective action, every supplier approval, every material certification was fraudulent. The world didn't see it. But I did. And because I did, the truth finally came to light. I stayed the course because quality isn't a certificate — it's a lifestyle. It's discipline. It's character. It's doing the right thing even when everyone else is afraid to speak. And that's how I discovered the FRAUD. Not from a desk. Not from a boardroom. But from the floor — talking to suppliers, reviewing certificates, and watching how accreditation bodies accredited registrars, and registrars certified companies. That's when I realized something was deeply wrong. The Invitation I Refused — And Why It Matters Years ago, 2016 I was invited to join ANAB, IAF, or both. The invitation came from a man who had been:
Because in 2015, the IAF was handed over to XIAO JIANHUA, a Chinese national who was also the chief executive of CNAS (China National Accreditation Service). Under China's National Intelligence Law, Article 7, he was required to provide data to the state. And he was controlling an American‑based corporation — the IAF — incorporated in Delaware. That alone should have stopped the world in its tracks. But it didn't. https://www.prlog.org/ The Wuhan Certificate That Became Fraudulent In January 2017, Xiao stood inside the Wuhan laboratory issuing a certificate. Six months earlier, the scientists said they didn't have enough highly trained technicians. Six months later, American contingency teams visited — and the scientists were still saying the same thing. Yet the certificate stood. And in 2018, that certificate became fraudulent because ANAB perpetrated fraud on a Department of State federal contract — DOS 19AQMM18R0131. Now let me tell you something important, right here, before we go any further. In 2017, Pamela Sale, Vice President of Laboratory Accreditation for ANSI‑ANAB, admitted under legal deposition: "One of the issues is that there is no commonly agreed‑upon set of standards that forensic labs around the country have to follow. Instead, there are informal guidelines that labs can choose to follow or not." If U.S. labs were out of control, how could foreign labs — including Wuhan — possibly be in control? And here's the part that ties it all together: In May 2019, the CDC released a BSL‑4 training document stating: "One of the most important components of any well‑run BioSafety Level 4 laboratory is the presence of highly trained technicians." Wuhan's own scientists said they didn't have enough highly trained technicians — before certification, and after certification. Yet the certificate stood. And then it became fraudulent. And the contamination spread worldwide. https://www.prlog.org/ Why ANAB Cannot Legally Be an Underwriter On DOS 19AQMM18R0131, ANAB declared itself an "underwriter." That is a FRAUD. Accreditation bodies cannot be underwriters under:
Underwriters guarantee performance. Underwriters insure outcomes. Accreditation bodies do none of those things. Accreditation bodies evaluate registrars to issue ISO 9001 and other certifications ANSI-ANAB or their MRA-MRA international accreditation equivalent bodies —are underwriters, period. So when ANAB called itself an underwriter, it violated the very standard it is supposed to uphold. What ISO/IEC 17011 Actually Means (Plain English) ISO/IEC 17011 — Conformity assessment: Requirements for accreditation bodies accrediting conformity assessment bodies is the rulebook for accreditation bodies. It requires them to be:
And that violation contaminated the entire global accreditation chain. Why This Contaminated Every (Multi-Regional & Lateral Arrangement) Back in 2014, ANAB VP and also the Chairman of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) admitted to me in writing that: All MRA/MLA accreditation bodies worldwide are "internationally equivalent" to ANAB. https://www.prlog.org/ Their mantra was: "Certified once, accepted everywhere." That means:
So when ANAB committed fraud on DOS 19AQMM18R0131, every equivalent accreditation body became contaminated downstream. https://www.prlog.org/ Why? Because equivalency means: If ANAB is compromised, every international MRA-MLA equivalent accreditation body is compromised. And if every equivalent accreditation body is compromised, every registration certificate they authorize is compromised Internationally. This includes:
The Boeing Revelation — And Why I Saw It First https://www.prlog.org/ As a Boeing shareholder, I paid close attention to supplier auditing. I discovered that Boeing had abandoned on‑site supplier auditing for 22 years, now 24 years. I stood up at the DHS Subcommittee on April 17, 2024 — under threat of removal or arrest — and said it publicly. https://www.newstribune.com/ Afterward, mainstream outlets Bloomberg & Politico told me privately: "Daryl, we can't publish this. People wouldn't fly." So I published it myself on prolog. Major news outlets are contaminated, via the access reporters get through companies. And federal platforms — GOVLY, SAM.gov‑linked reporting, and my PRLog publications — validated it. Govly Signal https://app.govly.com/ SAM.gov Exposure Data https://samsearch.co/ I became the only person to connect the dots: I saw it first. I documented it first. I stood up when others stayed silent. A Pleasant Closing Note If you and I were sitting together right now, I'd tell you this plainly: I didn't "pay to play." I didn't buy a ticket for the game. I didn't join the club. I stayed the course. Quality is not a certificate. Quality is a lifestyle. Quality is character. Quality is courage. And courage — especially in this industry — is rare. Because I stayed strong and with integrity, honesty, and the truth finally came to light — not through rumor, not through whispers, but through GOVLY, through SAM.gov, through RecallsGuide, through PRLog, through every federal‑facing platform that finally said, "Yes, this is real." For years people told me: "Daryl, you can't do it." "Daryl, you're one man." "Daryl, the system is too big." "Daryl, corruption is just the way it is." But corruption is never "the way it is." It is only the way it remains when people stay silent. I don't live by silence. I live by Tikkun Olam — the orthodox Jewish charge to repair the world, to bring godly qualities into places that have forgotten them, to stand when others sit, to speak when others swallow their voice, to act when the world says "don't bother." I once said this to Rabbi Torenheim — a man whose family line stretches back more than 600 years , a man I deeply respect — when I told him I was exposing the largest international accreditation & fiduciary fraud the world has ever seen. He looked at me and said: "In a dark room, it only takes one candle to illuminate it." That line stayed with me. It became the spine of everything I've done. And when I heard that woman scream at David Calhoun June 18,2024 — "You killed my daughter. You killed my family." — something inside me locked into place. I'm a Boeing shareholder. I've watched this company for decades. I've watched the accreditation world collapse. I've watched federal agencies-journalists, senate committees, legal teams, look the other way. I've watched people shrug their shoulders and say, "That's just how life is." But corruption is never "how it is." It's only how it remains when people stay silent. And because I did not state silent, the truth finally came to light — through GOVLY, through SAM.gov, through RecallsGuide, through PRLog, through every federal‑facing platform that finally said, "Yes, this is real." This is only just begun. And it is worldwide. This will crack open the system in the United States and worldwide. This will reshape government oversight and countries. This will reshape aerospace, and all industries. This will reshape accreditation system. This will reshape how every man, woman, and child is protected by the systems meant to guard them. Do not let anybody kid you. Do not let anybody say, "It's always been like that." Do not let anybody say, "Corruption is normal." Do not let anybody say, Life is short. We all have the ability to change the world. Most people shrug their shoulders — and when they take their last breath, they ask themselves: "What have I done in life?" I can answer that question now. And because I did, the truth is finally coming to light via GOVLY & SAM.GOV Media Contact DARYL GUBERMAN 203 556 1493 ***@yahoo.com Photos: https://www.prlog.org/ https://www.prlog.org/ End
