Several months ago, Velotix, an Israeli-American cybersecurity startup in the field of data security, faced one of the most challenging periods in its history. A severe cash-flow crisis placed the continuation of the company's operations at risk and resulted in employee layoffs.

Some former Velotix employees subsequently petitioned the court to declare the company insolvent, following uncertainty surrounding salary payments and the company's continued operations.

Dr. Adi Hod Chooses to Continue Supporting Velotix

When the company appeared to be approaching a point of no return, Dr. Adi Hod, CEO and Co-Founder of Velotix, chose to continue supporting the company and addressing its obligations toward employees and suppliers.

According to previously published reports, Dr. Hod has injected more than NIS 11 million of his personal funds into the company. Velotix has worked to settle obligations toward former employees and suppliers, including employees who were not part of the legal proceedings.

Alongside Dr. Hod's efforts, Velotix established a dedicated recovery team to stabilize operations, reach arrangements with employees, suppliers and other stakeholders, and implement the company's recovery plan.

Following an agreement reached with the employees involved in the proceedings, the court ordered the case closed and the insolvency petition withdrawn.

A New Stage for Velotix

At the same time, Velotix has been working on a strategic process involving a new investor whose business activities are centered in Singapore.

The investment initiative is intended to support the company's operations, development and future growth as Velotix moves into the next stage of its recovery.

Dr. Adi Hod, CEO of Velotix, said:
