KLD Property Services Funds Summer Party for Home-Educated Children with SupportKLD Property Services Funds Summer Party for Home-Educated Children with Support from Dormans Long Social Club
By: Kld property service The event was also supported by Dormans Long Social Club in Middlesbrough, who once again helped make the day possible and contributed to an amazing event for the children and families attending. The summer party gave home-educated children the chance to socialise, play and enjoy time together outside of their usual learning routines. For many families who home educate, opportunities like this can be especially valuable, helping children build friendships and feel part of a wider community. KLD Property Services feels it is important to give back to the community that continues to support KLD and was pleased to fund the event. Kevin Dand, founder of KLD Property Services, said: "As a family business, we know how important it is for children to have opportunities to enjoy themselves, make friends and feel included. Home-educated children do not always get the same school events and social occasions, so we were really pleased to fund something that brought families together and gave the children a proper summer celebration. "We also feel it is important to give back to the community that supports KLD. We are proud to be based in Teesside, and whenever we can help local families and community groups, we want to do our bit. "A special thank you also goes to Dormans Long Social Club in Middlesbrough, who once again helped out and supported an amazing event."
