![]() RankCaster AI Study: Content Matters More Than Technical Markup for AI VisibilityRankCaster has released the results of a study analyzing the visibility of digital marketing agencies in Georgia across leading AI systems.
By: RankCaster AI The study examined 20 English- and Georgian-language prompts covering general agency selection, tourism, real estate, fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS. Key findings Marketing House ranked first with an AI Visibility Index of 24.5%, followed by Web Features at 18% and MediaHub at 15%. The study found a significant difference between local and international visibility: - Marketing House: 49% local, 0% global. - Web Features: 36% local, 0% global. - MediaHub: 14% local, 16% global. The results suggest that strong technical performance does not guarantee AI recommendations. Agencies in the study received technical scores ranging from 86 to 92, yet visibility varied substantially. WATSON achieved an AIO score of 97 but recorded only 3.75% AI visibility. Redberry received a GEO score of 99 but reached 3% visibility. "Technical markup helps an AI system read and classify a website, but it does not explain why one agency is recommended and another is not. The decisive factor is content that functions as an answer to the user's query," said Andy Terekhin, CEO and Founder of RankCaster AI. Content outperforms link volume The most frequently referenced pages directly addressed user needs: - Marketing House Digital 10 — 19 mentions. - Web Features digital marketing guide — 18 mentions. - MediaHub Digital Marketing Agency in Tbilisi — 11 mentions. The study found that these pages provide recommendations, educational guidance, or clear commercial positioning rather than simply describing the agencies. Backlink volume also failed to predict visibility. Redberry received 98 mentions across 27 domains but achieved 3% visibility. Marketing House's key Digital 10 page had no referring domains yet became the most frequently cited source. Global positioning matters The study recommends that agencies targeting international clients clearly specify their location, services, industries, and business outcomes. MediaHub's H1, "Digital Marketing agency in Tbilisi, Georgia," provides an example of geographic positioning that distinguishes the country of Georgia from the U.S. state.
