LITEON completes sale of 8-hectare industrial land site in Mexicali

TIJUANA, Mexico - Aug. 19, 2026 - PRLog -- LITEON has completed the sale of an 8-hectare (approximately 861,112 SF) industrial land site in Mexicali, Baja California, as part of the global technology company's ongoing real estate asset optimization strategy. NAI Mexico advised LITEON throughout the disposition process, including the property's market positioning, promotion and sale.

The site had remained inactive for approximately five years before NAI Mexico identified an opportunity to reposition the property for sale. Working in coordination with NAI's network in Taiwan, the NAI Mexico team engaged LITEON to evaluate the company's long-term plans for the asset and determine the most appropriate disposition strategy.
