WorClean Seeks Global PMS and Hotel Tech Partners for API Integration and Japan Expansion

SAPPORO, Japan - Aug. 19, 2026 - PRLog -- WorClean, a Japan-origin hospitality operations platform developed from real accommodation and cleaning operations, has opened strategic partnership discussions with global PMS providers, hotel technology companies, hotel groups, travel companies and strategic investors.

WorClean currently supports cleaning operations across 97 lodging facilities within the Hoan Clean operating network in Japan. Operations are centered in Tokyo, Chiba and Sapporo, with expansion underway in Asahikawa and Kushiro. More than 50 people participate across the cleaning and operations network.

The platform centralizes cleaning schedules, staff assignments, property-specific instructions, progress tracking, photo-based reporting, quality approval, notifications, consumables and operational visibility. Recent development also includes AI-assisted photo assignment and accommodation schedule visibility.

From Reservation Data to Property Readiness

WorClean is designed as an operating layer between accommodation data and real-world property operations.

The next phase is intended to connect PMS and reservation data with cleaning execution, workforce coordination, reporting and quality assurance, creating a clearer path from reservation information to verified property readiness.

Strategic Partnership Opportunities

For PMS and hotel technology companies, potential collaboration includes API integration, marketplace connectivity, Japan market entry, joint go-to-market programs, local implementation and onboarding.

For hotel groups and multi-property operators, WorClean is exploring enterprise deployment, design partnerships, workflow standardisation and co-development.

Travel companies and platforms may collaborate on reservation-to-operations connectivity, accommodation readiness and operational solutions for accommodation partners.
