Operating at speeds of up to 20,000rpm, laboratory dissolvers require secure container fixation to ensure both process consistency and operator safety. The new igus solution prevents unwanted movement, even when processing highly viscous media, ensuring precise and stable operation throughout the dispersion process.

At the core of the system is the igus high-performance polymer lead screw nut, which contains integrated solid lubricants that enable completely dry operation without grease or oil. This lubrication-free technology eliminates the risk of lubricant contamination, making it particularly suitable for laboratory environments where dust and pigment residues are common.
