THE AH-64 APACHE GROUNDING: Boeing's Hidden Supply Chain Collapse Finally Breaks The SurfaceA Defense Critical Aircraft Exposes a 24 Year Accreditation Failure Now Contaminating Every Industry Worldwide
By: GUBERMAN-PMC,LLC The Apache is simply the first military platform where the consequences have become too large, too interconnected, and too dangerous to hide. THE GEOPOLITICAL TIMING COULD NOT BE WORSE This grounding arrives at the worst possible geopolitical moment. With the Iran conflict escalating, the Department of Defense is pressuring manufacturers at levels not seen since the early 2000s. Yet the DOD itself sits on ANSI–ANAB's board — the same accreditation structure infiltrated by Chinese oversight between 2015 and 2021. https://www.prlog.org/ This is the same DOD that lost hypersonic missile technology to China and Russia because of its affiliations and blind trust in the accreditation bodies now proven compromised. The Apache grounding is not a mechanical issue; it is a systemic failure of oversight, a collapse of trust, and a breakdown of the very accreditation infrastructure the DOD depends on for national defense. THE OVERSIGHT SYSTEM COLLAPSED LONG BEFORE THE APACHE DID The accreditation collapse is documented across multiple investigative releases: The APRIL 2002 NADCAP Chain Reaction https://www.prlog.org/ NADCAP Summary The JULY 2002- AS9100 Mandate Boeing Never Met https://www.prlog.org/ AS9100 Mandate Summary Quality Criminalization https://www.prlog.org/ Quality Criminalization Summary The ANAB Integrity Breach https://www.prlog.org/ ANAB Breach Summary The Independent Voice America Couldn't Silence https://www.prlog.org/ Independent Voice Summary These investigations reveal the same pattern worldwide: Accreditation bodies ANSI-ANAB failing to notify their international MRA/MLA equivalents 2018-present. Registrars failing to notify certified companies 2018-present. Auditors performing invalid audits 2018-present. Manufacturers unknowingly producing parts inside fraudulent environments 2018-present. Manufacturers unknowingly believing Boeing Commercial was AS9100 certified. Yet Boeing was not and forced certification onto all suppliers 2002 to present. And OEMs Original Equipment Manufacturers — including Boeing — continuing to assemble aircraft using parts that were never legitimately approved 2018-present. Their own environment was and still is uncertified from 2002-present. THE MARCH 2014 EMAIL WAS THE DETONATION POINT The collapse became irreversible in March 2014, when ANAB sent an email stating: A multi‑regional and multilateral agreement accreditation body is internationally equivalent to ANAB, and the global accreditation system operates under the mantra "certified once, accepted everywhere." That single sentence destroyed the integrity of worldwide accreditation. Because once ANAB perpetrated fraud on a federal contract, every MRA/MLA equivalent became contaminated automatically. Every registrar under those bodies became contaminated. Every auditor under those registrars became contaminated. And every manufacturer audited by those auditors — including Boeing's suppliers — became contaminated. This is how fraudulent accreditation became global, not local. This is how fraudulent parts became normal, not exceptional. This is how SUP became systemic, not accidental. THE OVERSIGHT SYSTEM NEVER STOPPED IT — BECAUSE IT WAS BUILT NOT TO The oversight system never stopped fraudulent parts because it was designed to trust accreditation, not verify it. Boeing, Airbus, and Lockheed replaced real audits with ICOP Industry Controlled Other Party — a system that rubber‑stamped conformity without ever validating it. See:
ICOP didn't protect the supply chain. It masked its collapse. And here is the part every aerospace executive, defense contractor, surgeon, hospital administrator, and medical‑device manufacturer must finally confront: Boeing's Apache assembly line has been receiving supplied parts — SUP, suspected unapproved parts — from 2018 to the present, because every one of those components was manufactured inside a fraudulent accreditation environment, just like Boeing Commercial or their Apache manufacturing site. Even if they had an AS9100 certification their environment would be fraudulent 2018 to present! Boeing being uncertified makes all aircraft suspect. Boeing Commercial and their AH-64 manufacturing site is bringing parts into an uncertified OEM environment, which means the moment a fraudulent part crosses Boeing's dock, the Commercial plane & AH-64 Apache being built becomes automatically SUP under FAA rules. The FAA does not treat fraudulent accreditation as a "quality issue." Under AC‑21, AC‑29, and FAA SUP guidance, fraudulent accreditation means unapproved parts, unapproved processes, and unapproved assembly. You cannot build an FAA‑regulated aircraft — military or commercial — using uncertified materials, uncertified processes, or an uncertified quality system. Once an aircraft is built in a non‑certified environment, no maintenance program can ever bring it back into conformity. The business owners manufacturing these parts had no clue their registrar had been compromised and still don't. They were never told by ANAB about the 2018 federal DOS‑ contract fraud. ANAB underwriter designation was never told to their international MRA and MLA equivalents. Those bodies never told the registrars carrying their logos. And the registrars never told the auditors. So, auditors walked blindly into facilities and performed invalid audits, certifying environments that were already contaminated. The contamination did not begin randomly. It began the moment ANAB perpetrated fraud on U.S. Department of State Contract 19AQMM18R0131 2018.. Once that federal‑contract fraud occurred, every ANAB‑ and MRA-MLA accredited supplier became contaminated automatically. And because ANAB had already declared in its March 2014 email that multi‑regional and multilateral agreement accreditation bodies are internationally equivalent to ANAB, the fraud instantly spread across the entire global accreditation network in 2018. That means every MRA and MLA equivalent — UKAS, JAB, SCC, COFRAC, DAkkS, CNAS, and dozens more — were unknowingly validating fraudulent accreditation. Every registrar under those bodies was and still is issuing fraudulent certificates. Every auditor under those registrars was performing invalid audits and still is. And every manufacturer and supplier audited by the registrar's auditors — including Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, Hamilton Sundstrand, GE Aviation, Rolls‑Royce, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and countless others — was and are still producing parts, engines, planes, helicopters, submarines, guns, inside a fraudulent manufacturing environment 2018 to present. If any of those companies were AS9100 or other ISO standards, certified under ANAB or any MRA/MLA international equivalent, then the entire manufacturing process — materials, processes, documentation, conformity, traceability, and final assembly — was and still is legally invalid. Under FAA rules, fraudulent accreditation means unapproved parts, unapproved processes, and unapproved aircraft. Boeing built planes from 2002 to present under these very conditions and still are presently. The AH-64 Apache a Boeing product is being produced in an uncertified AS9100 environment just like their commercial line. That is why every part entering the Apache assembly line from 2018 to the present is fraudulent, and why every Apache rolling out of the hangar is automatically SUP under FAA rules. Boeing kept pushing ANAB. Airbus kept pushing ANAB. Lockheed kept pushing ANAB. And the entire global supply chain kept operating under a certification system that had already collapsed. Boeing and the FAA will state via ICOP that a FAA production certificate and an Airworthiness certificate is the gold standard for plane approval. It is not as seen here: https://www.prlog.org/ This is not just an aerospace issue. This effects all industries and is an international catastrophe. End
