K & K Web Services Rebrands as It Marks Two Decades in Web Hosting and Design

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. - Aug. 16, 2026 - PRLog -- K & K Web Services, a web hosting, design, and WHMCS development company based in Montgomery County, Indiana, has completed its rebrand from M & K Web Services to K & K Web Services LLC, formalizing the change with a new LLC registration in July 2026. The rebrand marks a new chapter for a business whose roots in web design and hosting stretch back to 2005.

The company's history traces through several names and structures over the past two decades. It began in 2005 as 3BDesigns, the founder's first web design venture. In 2007, the business entered a partnership called Design Cloud Nine, later fully absorbed when the founder bought out the partnership in 2009. In 2011, the business was reestablished as M & K Designs, later operating as M & K Web Services, before this year's formal rebrand and LLC formation as K & K Web Services LLC.

Today, K & K Web Services offers cPanel-based shared and reseller web hosting on LiteSpeed servers, custom web design on WordPress and HTML, and WHMCS addon and module development for other hosting businesses. Its most recent product, a WHMCS Client Forum addon, adds a single sign-on community forum directly inside a hosting company's client area.
