"Sheen Magazine" Marks 20 Years & We're Doing It Big! Atlanta, Are You Ready To Celebrate?

ATLANTA - Aug. 14, 2026 - PRLog -- SHEEN Magazine, the leading media platform celebrating beauty, fashion, and all things entertainment, is officially 20 years old!  That's right, we've been out here killing it since 2006, and now it's time to party!  We're throwing not just a celebration but a 2-day experience that will set the vibe for future anniversary events.  Mark your calendars: the fun starts with the SHEEN Magazine September/October Cover Reveal/Kick-off Party featuring Cover Model Luenell on Wednesday, September 16,  at Cirque Daiquiri Bar & Grill, 2160 Monroe Drive NE, Atlanta, GA (Buckhead). Then, the real magic happens on September 17, 2026, at the iconic Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta. Glamour?  Check.  Inspiration?  Absolutely. Must-attend event of the year?  Without a doubt.

Let's take it back for a second: since 2006, SHEEN Magazine has been a trailblazer, breaking norms, lifting voices, and reshaping the narrative.  Our focus has always been on positivity, creativity, and excellence, because we don't do "average."  This 20th-anniversary event will honor that legacy while taking things to a whole new level.

The hosts for the night?  None other than Atlanta's own Rapper/Reality Star/Radio Personality Young Joc, the hilariously funny "Original Bad Girl of Comedy" Comedian/Actress Luenell, and surprise bonus: the super funny Comedian/Actor Lavell Crawford.  Translation: you're in for a night of laughs, and maybe even a little roasting, because why not?  They're bringing their signature charm, humor, and a little edge to the stage, and you'll love every second.

Honorees?  Oh, we're bringing out.  This year, we're celebrating:

- Michael Williams, the genius behind "The Comedy Act Theater" and the legendary comedians given early opportunities like:  Martin Lawrence, Jamie Foxx, Chris Tucker, Dave Chappelle, the late Bernie Mac, and more
- Ray Daniels, the A&R and Music Executive who's shaping the sound of now and the future
- Deb Antney, the music mogul, philanthropist, and reality TV queen
- Cathy Hughes, Founder of Urban One (formerly Radio One), plus a trendsetting media icon and philanthropist

- Darren Fleet, the comedian who's stealing the spotlight nationally

And it doesn't stop there; we've got stage-burning performances scheduled from hip-hop royalty Yung Joc (yes, he's pulling double-duty), the faith-forward R&B/gospel-infused duo Q. Parker & Jai Vaughn, the "King" of Christian Hip-Hop Jor'Dan, chart-topping R&B crooner Shaun Milli, and you know us, anybody may pop up and drop a beat!
