Each Friday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Plaza México in Lynwood, CA, hosts Sueños y Esperanza (Dreams and Hope) a non-profit organization providing a sense of community with planned social activities for persons with Down Syndrome, Autism, and any other forms of neurodivergence.
