KLD Property Services launches Nexus to transform property maintenance & vacant property management

MIDDLESBROUGH, U.K. - Aug. 13, 2026 - PRLog -- MIDDLESBROUGH, UK — KLD Property Services has launched KLD Nexus, a purpose-built digital platform designed to improve property maintenance, vacant-property management and client communication.

Developed around KLD's daily operations, Nexus manages the complete journey from receiving an instruction through quotation, scheduling, site attendance, photographic evidence, reporting and invoicing.

The platform guides operatives through the correct process while they are on site, helping ensure that essential checks, photographs, meter readings, hazards, key information and completion evidence are recorded consistently.

Nexus also provides centralised email handling, job scheduling, recurring-work management and secure document storage. Its optional client portal allows authorised clients to view their properties, jobs, photographs and approved reports. Clients can continue communicating with KLD by email and are not required to use the portal.

The system includes Nexus Guardian, a staff-safety feature for lone workers and operatives attending potentially higher-risk properties. It is designed to help staff raise an alert quickly while securely recording location and supporting incident information.
