Thrive Leadership Institute Named Community Sponsor for East Orange Women, Wealth & Wisdom Brunch

EAST ORANGE, N.J. - Aug. 11, 2026 - PRLog -- Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc. has been selected as a Community Sponsor for the City of East Orange's Women, Wealth, and Wisdom Empowerment Brunch, taking place Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the East Orange Public Library.

The event is designed to support women entrepreneurs, small business owners, and aspiring business professionals within East Orange's Urban Enterprise Zone. It will also launch a 12-month Financial Literacy and Business Development Series sponsored by Thrivent Financial Services.

Anna D. Banks, Founder and Managing Director of Thrive Leadership Institute, will also participate as one of the event panelists.

"Women often carry tremendous value in their experience, knowledge, relationships, resilience, and wisdom," Banks said. "When women recognize those assets and connect them to opportunity, business growth, and financial confidence, they are better positioned to build what comes next."

As part of Thrive's support, several selected attendees will receive complimentary copies of Banks' new book, The Wealth You Carry: Turn What You Know Into What Comes Next. The book explores how people can recognize and build from the knowledge, skills, relationships, and lived experience they already possess.

The book gifts are intended to complement the event's focus on women, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and business development.

The brunch will also include a generosity activity benefiting local nonprofit Isaiah House.
