TKEG Expat Launches Probono Programe

NEW YORK - Aug. 9, 2026 - PRLog -- TKEG Expat provides eligible startups with one full year of corporate services at no professional charge. TKEG Expat™ (Test) believes that Startups should not be limited by founders' fortune, jurisdiction of origin, and access to resources at the outset.

The program is currently available in two jurisdictions: the United States and the United Kingdom. Further jurisdictions may be added in due course.

TKEG Expat has carefully selected the United States and the United Kingdom for starting our Pro-Bono project. According to our experience, these two jurisdictions are the most entry-friendly, cost-efficient, and commerce-environment-ready for global founders. Please note, the program is intended to assist founders in establishing a presence abroad, an applicant may not select their own country/region of residence.

To be considered, an applicant must satisfy each of the following:
1. The applicant is an early-stage startup — recently formed, or not yet trading at scale.
2. The applicant has not previously incorporated a company in the chosen jurisdiction.
3. The founders are resident outside the chosen jurisdiction.
4. One pro bono grant is available per founder or founding team.
5. The founders are able to complete TKEG Expat's standard know-your-client (KYC) and onboarding procedures.
6. Admission to the program is at TKEG Expat's discretion and remains subject to review and available capacity.
