They are: OGO Manager of the Year Jean-Brunel Pierre, Chief Steward, and OGO Employee of the Year Jimmy Rincon, Maintenance Technician. "OGO goes beyond simple acknowledgment or quarterly recognition," "When Team Members feel valued, their impact and, ultimately, the success of Hunters Run grow exponentially," Savvides further noted, "We're not just recognizing great work; we're fostering an environment where initiative is celebrated in real time and our team feels they are the driving force behind our members' experiences." The OGO program encourages leaders and colleagues to nominate Team Members who demonstrate exceptional work and attitude. Employees who have completed at least 90 days of service and embody one or more of the club's employee core values: Compassion, Respect, Enthusiasm, Empowerment, and Dedication are eligible. Human Resources confirms eligibility, and the Club's executive leadership team reviews nominations. OGO recipients receive a gift card and an award. At the end of the high season, all of the OGO winners are treated to a luncheon reception at the Club. Two Annual Winners are announced, one hourly employee and one in management, each receiving a well-earned gift and trophy. "The OGO program celebrates our Team Members in meaningful ways: through peer-to-peer recognition, shout-outs for great work, and manager-led thank-you notes and acknowledgments," "OGO is more than a program; it's a mindset," added Savvides.
