BCIB Holding, MSDG and SunRui Form Strategic Alliance for Water, Energy and Marine Infrastructure

BANGKOK - Aug. 3, 2026 - PRLog -- BCIB Holding Company Limited ("BCIB Holding"), MSDG PTE. LTD. ("MSDG"), and SunRui Marine Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. ("SunRui") today announced a strategic alliance to develop sustainable infrastructure projects combining institutional finance, renewable energy, seawater desalination, marine engineering, and environmental solutions.

The partnership brings together complementary capabilities to deliver bankable infrastructure solutions supporting national development, water and energy security, and sustainable economic growth.

Under the alliance:

• BCIB Holding will provide project origination, investment banking, structured finance, cross-border capital mobilisation, and strategic development.
• MSDG will contribute renewable energy technologies, Concentrated Solar Power (CSP), specialty glass innovations, and industrial manufacturing capabilities.
• SunRui will provide expertise in seawater desalination, marine environmental systems, industrial water treatment, corrosion control, green shipping, and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services.

The alliance will pursue opportunities in renewable energy, seawater desalination, smart ports, Blue Economy initiatives, industrial water treatment, sustainable urban infrastructure, eco-industrial parks, public-private partnerships (PPP), and government-led programmes across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
