Pervaziv AI Expands Cortex Enterprise AI with Salesforce CRM

SAN FRANCISCO - July 24, 2026 - PRLog -- Pervaziv AI today announced Salesforce CRM support in Cortex, expanding its Enterprise AI ecosystem with a tenth Model Context Protocol, or MCP, connection. Salesforce adds customer and revenue context to a connected workspace that already includes GitHub, Atlassian, Slack, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.

Salesforce extends Cortex beyond the systems used to build, secure, deploy, and operate software. Authorized users can explore accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases, standard and custom objects, relationships, metadata, search results, and individual record details through a conversational experience.

A team investigating a customer issue may need to review a Salesforce case, trace related code in GitHub, check delivery work in Jira, validate a deployment in AWS or Azure, and coordinate through Slack. Cortex helps bring approved business and technical context closer together, reducing repeated searching, context switching, and handoffs.

The connection is permission-aware and operates through authorized Salesforce access. Organizations retain control over permissions, data visibility, policies, and available actions. Teams can begin with read-oriented workflows, including account discovery, case review, CRM search, and object exploration, then selectively enable approved record creation or updates.

The release follows Cortex 3.2, which connected AWS with code and security workflows, and Cortex 3.5, which expanded the platform across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Salesforce advances that strategy by connecting customer context to the technical work that follows.
