Find Deep Relaxation Through Yin Yoga & Live Flute Sound Bath at Hot Yoga New York

FLORIDA, N.Y. - July 21, 2026 - PRLog -- Led by Registered Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner Dana Humphrey, alongside musician Onel Mulet, this 75-minute immersive experience blends the long, meditative holds of Yin Yoga with the soothing sounds of live flute, creating a calming environment for deep relaxation, stress relief, and mindful presence.

Unlike faster-paced yoga classes, Yin Yoga encourages participants to settle into supported postures for several minutes at a time, gently targeting the body's connective tissues while calming the nervous system. Throughout the practice, Mulet's live flute performance, alongside gong and crystal bowls provide a tranquil soundtrack that enhances the meditative atmosphere and invites participants into a profound state of rest.

Dana Humphrey is a yoga teacher, Reiki Master, life coach, and author of "May All Beings Be Fed." She is passionate about helping people cultivate balance, resilience, and inner peace through yoga, mindfulness, and energy healing.

Onel Mulet is a musician whose expressive live flute performances create immersive sound experiences that inspire relaxation, presence, and emotional well-being.
