By: Wiseek Wiseek monitors the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system and licensed financial-news streams across roughly 6,800 U.S.-listed tickers. Each filing or news event is processed into four consistent elements: a 1–10 importance score, a positive, negative, or neutral sentiment label, a plain-English summary, and a structured list of key factual events. The platform's importance model considers factors such as filing type, deal magnitude, insider participation, material-event indicators, related recent disclosures, and historical market-reaction patterns. Items scoring below 7 are removed from the main public feed to reduce routine noise, while the original filing or identified news source remains linked so users can review the underlying material. "Independent investors and analysts face the same disclosure flood as large institutions, but usually without a team available to review it," said Arie Shkolnikov, founder and data scientist at Wiseek. "We built Wiseek to turn that flood into a structured, verifiable feed. Users can quickly understand what happened, see why the system considered it important, and then inspect the source themselves." Wiseek is purpose-built for corporate disclosures and ticker-specific market events rather than open-ended financial chat. Its analysis pipeline applies different baselines to different filing types and evaluates the scale and context of an event instead of treating every disclosure equally. The system typically publishes its structured analysis 30–90 seconds after an item appears on EDGAR or a covered news stream. Users can access the live newsfeed, ticker pages, filing history, and source-linked analysis through Wiseek's web platform. Premium tools add a stock scanner, advanced filters, watchlists, email notifications, and instant Telegram alerts. The service offers a free plan, while Premium is currently available with a seven-day trial for $19.90 per month or $199.99 per year. "Speed matters, but context and traceability matter just as much," Shkolnikov added. "Every surfaced item should help a user move from an alert to the underlying evidence instead of asking them to trust a black box." Wiseek's scores and sentiment labels are informational analytical signals, not price forecasts or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold a security. Automated analysis can contain errors or omissions, and users are encouraged to read the linked source document before making decisions.
