LegaLogic, acting as a legal counsel, advises VDA Infosolutions Private Limited

PUNE, India - July 13, 2026 - PRLog -- LegaLogic Consulting acted as the sole legal counsel to VDA Infosolutions Private Limited in relation to the acquisition of a 67% equity stake in the company by Rashi Peripherals Limited (RP Tech) in the first tranche, with the transaction envisaging the acquisition of the remaining stake in subsequent tranches. The transaction values VDA at an equity valuation of INR 5.5 billion.

VDA Infosolutions is a leading enterprise technology and digital infrastructure solutions provider, delivering cloud, cybersecurity, data protection, infrastructure transformation, and managed IT services to enterprise clients across India. RP Tech is one of India's fastest-growing listed technology distribution companies with an extensive nationwide distribution and service network.

The acquisition represents a significant strategic transaction in India's technology sector, combining RP Tech's distribution scale and market reach with VDA's enterprise consulting, implementation, and managed services capabilities to create an integrated end-to-end technology solutions platform.

LegaLogic advised VDA on all legal aspects of the transaction, including the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of the transaction documents, and successfully assisted the client through signing and closing.
