Stevens Construction progresses at Foley ProductsBy: Stevens Construction Stevens Construction is building a 45,000-square- The expansion includes several unique features designed to support Foley Products' manufacturing process. Stevens Construction is building two large below-ground concrete pits that will house specialized production equipment. One pit, approximately 12 feet deep, will contain equipment that forms concrete pipes and other precast products. A second pit will house equipment that fabricates the steel reinforcing cages placed inside the concrete products. Outside the building, Stevens Construction is constructing the foundations for a new concrete batch plant, where concrete will be mixed before being transported directly into the building for production. Once the reinforcing cages are assembled, they are combined with freshly mixed concrete to create the finished precast products, which are then moved to a dedicated curing area to harden. Slated for a 10-month duration, the project began in February and is on track for a late 2026 completion. The Stevens Construction team includes Senior Project Manager Jay Wolfe, Senior Superintendent Tom Porter and Senior Project Administrator Gina Varner.
