ASDT® Registers Ndege MarketPlace and Sindiyo Farms as Export Partnership Enters Implementation

NAIROBI, Kenya - July 10, 2026 - PRLog -- Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® (ASDT®), through The Ndege Group®, confirms the formal registration of Ndege MarketPlace and Sindiyo Farms with Kenya's Business Registration Service. Registration Number BN-ZWSAV8Y7 formalises a community based, owner operated export partnership between ASDT® and Sindiyo Farms, a holding SPV with livestock and agriculture interests across Kenya, Zambia, the Central African Republic, Gabon, Uganda and Burundi. The partnership now enters implementation.

Sindiyo Farms is a collection of privately-held estates and is led from Kuwait, one of the partnership's target export markets, with primary holdings in Narok, southwest Kenya, and in Choma, in the goat rearing heartland of Zambia's Southern Province. The partnership anchors export of livestock, tea, coffee, herbs, flowers, minerals, chicken, milk and fabrics to markets including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Luxembourg, Australia and the United States.

Products moving through the partnership are being onboarded to Ndege MarketPlace, the Trust's blockchain based commerce platform running on OmniGaza®, giving buyers a traceable record from source to door. The registration advances the same architecture set out in the African Federation Treaty Framework© (AFTF©), which continues to progress in parallel. The Framework has received written supportive correspondence from 16 defence and finance ministers across the continent, and four informal endorsements from African heads of state.
