Some close ones have emerged as "World Class Managers" during my tenure as an Entrepreneur

Once we get there, we can win over ourselves. Once we win over ourselves, we can detach and then become good managers. I have observed this growth among close members. All of us had some critical incidents and we have progressed collectively during this time-line. That has also ensured stupendous development.

This is collective growth of everyone. This is collective win of everyone. Management skillsets are required by everyone irrespective of their Education, Profession, Nationality, Colour and Gender. Good Management skillsets bring admiration from everyone.

We are bound to achieve unfathomable progress in the time to come. There is identification of areas where  big improvement is required. Good Management Skillsets would provide us pathway to achieve that. This is collective growth stride for everyone. This is our collective win. We have already achieved historic milestones and dis-entangled complex issues of large strata of people.

There are few areas that require complete massive improvement. There is big scope in lots of areas. Lots of aspects to be achieved, however initial growth has been stupendous.

World Class Management is continuous improvement charter. We are going to improvize on the same over the course of time. We are going to win collectively. If it keeps going in similar way, India would have highest number of World Class Managers in shorter timeline.
