Story 1: Jonathan Van Ness Had to Let George Go

Jonathan Van Ness and his husband, Mark Peacock, are big animal lovers, they've got three rescue dogs and several rescue cats, all adopted and all clearly cherished. But one day, their dog George and their cat Liza crossed paths on the stairs. It started off as play, the way it probably had a hundred times before. This time it didn't end that way. George hurt Liza badly enough that her jaw broke, and she needed emergency surgery just to survive it.
