ALMS Community Health Center believes mental healthcare should be integrated into the overall healthcare experience rather than treated as a separate service. The Mental Health Services program will provide support for a wide range of patient needs, including anxiety and stress management, mood disorders, trauma and grief support, behavioral health concerns, chronic illness support and family and relationship challenges. Services are designed to help patients develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional well-being and build long-term resilience through individualized care.
